What happens if the AI goes over its monthly usage limit?
Unlike other agencies, we don't hit you with surprise bills. All plans feature standard fair-use caps that easily cover typical local business volume. If your volume spikes during a busy season, we'll simply let you know it's time to upgrade.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. All of our monthly management plans are month-to-month. We want your digital worker to prove its ROI every single 30 days.
What if I change my CRM or software later?
Our Co-Pilot and Department plans include regular maintenance. If you update your internal business software, our team will re-route and reconnect your agent as part of your ongoing service.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. Your data is walled off from other clients, and we never use your records to train public AI models.
